A new look and feel for your home

More often than not, you’ll find windows designed with the popular chamfered or ovolo frames. The third option now is the Logik S Flush Sash. As the name suggests, this modern frame offers a smooth fit and has no lip overhanging the outer edge. If you want that streamlined look with a contemporary finish, you have to look no further than the anthracite grey colour. Grey windows have certainly grown in popularity over the years, and for a good reason. They look sleek and stylish.

The colour revolution is here to stay

We’re certainly seeing a shift towards alternative colour windows frames from the most prominent – white uPVC. The classic white window is being put under pressure from a myriad of colourful alternatives. As mentioned above, grey is the most popular within the colour revolution. It’s important not to forget that we are seeing different shades of cream, green, and rosewood, which offer attractive alternatives to the classic white window.

Earthy tones are also on the up. Agate Grey offers a subtle green tone and is very much on-trend. And because of its subtleties, this colour option is prevalent amongst period homes or modern properties alike.

Urge on the side of caution

We don’t recommend that you fully commit to an exuberant colour palette for the exterior of your home. Of course, greys, black, and earthy tones will always be popular choices, but bright purple or something just as outlandish will not. Trends die out, and so will big, bright and colourful windows! So once again, don’t go crazy when choosing window frame colours. Just stick to a colour that never goes out of fashion, and you’ll add lasting value to your home.
