As you may know, we had to close our doors for a short period once lockdown began. Our supply chain had all stopped meaning we were unable to order the profiles, doors and everything else we require to install windows, doors and conservatories. However, as of Monday 4th May, we are open for business once again!
Our suppliers are now all up and running again meaning we can order the products you need. Lead times are the same as they were pre-lockdown for the majority or products with the only caveat being slightly longer lead times on coloured profiles.
The office – operating with skeleton staff
The office is back open and we have a reduced but essential team in place to allow us to comply with social distancing measures. The admin team will be available from the 4th May to handle customer service queries and other tasks. Obviously we are continuing with the measures put in place back in March – the cleaning regime, temperature monitoring and the provision and use of alcohol gel.

Home appointments are available once again! Whilst the weather is good, our sales team can come and visit and give you a quote at your home. We can stay outside and remain socially distant but still answer your questions face-to-face. Here’s Billy at a customers home with his own chair…
We will aim to open the showroom to the public as soon as possible but for now this remains closed. We are monitoring advice from government and as soon as lockdown is eased to the point that we can safely and responsibly welcome you back into the showroom, we will update here with a re-opening date.
Our install teams are being temperature tested (with consent) every day and as long as our customers are happy for an install to continue, we will be there to do the work. Should any of our team need to self-isolate and if this causes problems with or delays to any installations, we will let you know as soon as we can.
Most of our fitting is done on the outside of the property, so contact with the inside of your home by our installation team is minimal. All of our installation teams are temperature tested daily (with their consent) and all vans have been equipped with hand sanitiser. Upon completion of the working day, and at the end of an install, our team are sanitising all surfaces they come into contact with.
We are prioritising existing orders and will be installing in the order in which they were placed.
