Fascias, soffits and the guttering you choose can not only have an impact on way your home looks, but these items are also part of the first line of defence in keeping the elements at bay.
Constantly exposed to the elements, they play a crucial role in protecting the roof space and rafters of your home. They may go unnoticed most of the time, but old, rotten or discoloured timber fascias and soffits can spoil the look of your property and cause expensive damage to your roof rafters.
These products need to be durable, weather-resistant, attractive and – due to their difficult-to-access location – low maintenance. uPVC fascias, soffits and guttering meet and exceed all of these requirements as they will not rot or crack.
Our uPVC roofline products will brighten up your property, giving it a fresh new lease of life. And we supply a wide range of colours and woodgrain finishes to suit individual property styles and personal tastes.
Fascias are the long straight boards that run below the roofline. Fascias are fixed directly to the roof trusses supporting the bottom row of tiles and providing a surface onto which the guttering can be fixed.
The soffit board is found underneath the fascia board and is the board that is most visible from street level. Soffits can be ventilated to allow the flow of air into the roof area however more often people opt for ventilation over the fascia. This ventilation prevents condensation from collecting in the roof space thus reducing the risk of timber decay.
